Meet Our Team


Dr. Christopher B. Gaiters is currently a school psychologist proudly serving the students enrolled in the Coweta County School System located in Newnan, Georgia. As a school psychologist, Christopher specializes in assessing and identifying students with special needs, assisting teachers and administrators with classroom management and student engagement, and conducting professional development trainings so faculty and staff are better equipped to meet the needs of culturally diverse students. Prior to working as a school psychologist, he spent several years in law enforcement, serving as a military and civilian police officer and as a state of Georgia corrections officer. 


Christopher has over 20 years of educational and professional experience that range from honorable military service to serving as a consultant with the state of Georgia’s Educational Programming, Assessment, and Consultation (E.P.A.C.) Division, which provides statewide educational support services to youth in the care of the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services. Christopher graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Georgia State University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. He then earned a Masters and Specialist degree in School Psychology from Georgia State University. Christopher earned his Doctor of Education in Curriculum Studies with a concentration in Instructional Improvement from Georgia Southern University. 


As one of the founders of Gaiters Consulting Services LLC, Christopher continues to integrate his passion for psychology and education, holding firm to his commitment to excellence and his belief that everyone, regardless of race, ability, or socioeconomic status is entitled to a quality education.

Dr. Kimberly Gaiters-White currently serves as Dean of the College of Education and Professional Studies at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Prior to joining JSU, she served as Dean of the Evelyn Reid Syphax School of Education and Interdisciplinary Studies at Virginia Union University (VUU), Dean of Academic Affairs at Ferrum College, and in varied administrative roles in the College of Education at Albany State University (ASU). She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Master of Education Degree in Special Education, and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision, all from ASU.  She completed her Doctorate of Education from Georgia Southern University in Curriculum Studies. 


Kimberly has engaged in an array of outreach at the local, state, national and international levels with educators, policy-makers, experts and community stakeholders. Through engagement opportunities with varied organizations, she has helped to shape debates over a variety of issues related to higher education access and success, community development, and public policies. She has also been able to focus attention on the importance of equitable distribution of resources for institutions that provide access to needy students and promote promising practices for their success.


Kimberly embraces the philosophy of Nelson Mandela and believes "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." As a founding member of Gaiters Consulting Services, she strives to change the world one institution at a time by helping each of them achieve successful educational outcomes.

Jacquelyn Gaiters-Jordan is the Associate Vice President of Academic Resources at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, CO. Prior to accepting this position in 2019, Jacquelyn was Dean of the Mathematics and English Division, Associate Dean of College Preparatory Programs, Chair of the Developmental English Department, and an instructor of Developmental English, Advancing Academic Achievement and ESL courses.

Jacquelyn has over 30 years of educational and professional experience that range from non-profit leadership and workforce development to military service. Jacquelyn is committed to excellence in education and leadership and believes that everyone, regardless of race, ability, or socio-economic status is entitled to a quality education.
